By-law No. 34-2020 Removal of One Foot Reserve Fanning and Rathwell Streets

• Recommended Motion:

  THAT By-law 34-2020 (To remove one foot reserves legally described as Blocks 137-143 on Plan 27M-77 and to dedicate said reserves as a public highway as part of Fanning St. and Rathwell St.) be read a first, second and third time, and finally passed.

By-law No. 35-2020 Sale of Land (Roe Street)

• Recommended Motion:

  THAT By-law 35-2020 (to confirm the sale of lands known as Parts 3 and 8 on RP27R-11243 Roe Street) be read a first, second and third time, and finally passed.

By-law No. 36-2020 Amends Fees and Charges By-law No. 120-2019 

• Recommended Motion:

  THAT By-law 36-2020 (to amend By-law No. 120-2019, specifically for the Building Department) be read a first, second and third time, and finally passed.

Town Clerk to inform Council of any comments received regarding the partial street closure.
