    Update on Bridge Street Reconstruction Project (Communication 131010)

    THAT Council authorize RV Anderson Associates Limited to present a plan for the reconstruction of Bridge Street at a public information session on January 27th, 2020.

    Naming of Municipal Property (Communication 131009)

    THAT staff follow the Commemorative Naming Policy and advertise the properties at 196, 200 and 204 Bridge Street and the park on Dunlop Road for naming.

The Mayor made the following announcements:

  • Planet Youth Lanark County will hold its official launch event on Monday, January 20, 2020, at the Zion Memorial Church at 7:00 pm. 
  • On Monday, January 27th, 2020 from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. there will be a Public Information Centre regarding the reconstruction of Bridge Street.  Representatives from R.V. Anderson and Associates will be in attendance.
  • A public information session and open house for the (Highway 7 and 15) Secondary Plan will take place in the upper hall of the Arena on Thursday, January 30, 2020, from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
