  THAT Council receive the Consent Report dated September 27, 2022.

MOTIONS 

1.

Transportation Master Plan Completion (Communication 133076)

• Recommended Motion:

  THAT Council receive the completed Transportation Master Plan as  outlined in the report prepared by the Director of Public Works dated September 13^th, 2022 with the removal of the active transportation pedestrian bridge across the Mississippi River; and

  THAT Council consider the recommended capital expenditures during the 2023 budget process; and

  THAT Council consider the recommended policy changes as part of the next update of the Town’s Official Plan.

Water Wastewater Master Plan Completion (Communication 133077)

• Recommended Motion:

  THAT Council receive the completed Water Wastewater Master Plan as outlined in the report prepared by the Director of Public Works dated September 13^th, 2022.
