Utilities Along Highway 15

• Recommended Motion:

  THAT Council authorizes the Mayor and CAO to enter into a Permission to Construct Agreement to grant permission to His Majesty the King in Right of the Province of Ontario, represented by the Minister of Transportation for the Province of Ontario to enter onto Town property along Highway 15 for the purpose of utility relocation.
