Mayor Randell read the Town's Land Acknowledgement Statement.

    2. CMHC Housing Accelerator Fund Grant Application Second Intake, Community Housing Needs Assessment (Communication 135167)

    THAT Council adopt the “Community Housing Needs Assessment” prepared by the Director of Development Services  dated August 27, 2024.  

    3. Service Delivery and Fee Review of Carleton Place Recreation and Culture Department

    THAT the Service Delivery and Fee Review of Carleton Place Recreation and Culture Department, presented by KPMG, be received as information.

Mayor Randell noted the following dates of significance during this evening’s Council meeting:

  • Mayor Randell congratulated Annie Fergusson and her teammates on their bronze medal win in sitting volleyball at the Paralympics in Paris, France
