CALL TO ORDER

Mayor Black called the meeting to order at 7:05 p.m.  He then announced that Deputy Mayor Sean Redmond will be assuming his role as Chair of Committee of the Whole in accordance with the rotation which is prescribed by the Town's Procedural By-law.
